BROWN BETTY Teapot
Unfortunately sold out. I am currently trying to get a replenishment.
Anyone who has ever been to England will recognize the "Brown Betty Teapot".
The revamped teapot is made by CAULDON CERAMICS, the oldest remaining manufacturer, in Stoke-on-Trent, the birthplace of British pottery production. It is the result of a three-year research and development project in collaboration with British designer Ian McIntyre. He has reworked the Brown Betty teapot. Historic details were reintroduced, including patents from the 1920s. The locking lid (LOCK LID) and the drip-free spout. The teapots are now stackable and come with a stainless steel loose-leaf tea filter.
Great care has been taken to respect the traditions of this everyday object, which has become a classic beyond all fashions and trends.
Capacity: 36 fl.oz. = 1000 ml = 1 liter
Ceramic, Rockingham Brown, glazed
Design: Ian McIntyre 2018
Dimensions: approx. Ø 13 cm, 13 cm high
