Pepper mill, MP 1313

I'm sure the mill was never produced like this. With a black base.

I think the base has been repainted! The original Peugeot grinder has been cleaned and I have replaced all the screws. The grinder has a lot of patina, but is ready for another 30 years.

Andrea Branzi (1938 - 2023) studied architecture in his native city of Florence. In 1966, he founded the Archizoom Associati with Paolo Deganello, Gilberto Corretti and Massimo Morozzi. The group is considered the founder of anti-design. In 1975, Branzi was a co-founder and member of Studio Alchimia together with Ettore Sottsass and Alessandro Mendini.
